The plant is being built by Russia's state atomic energy agency, Rosatom Corp. Traicho Traikov, Energy and Economy Minister of Bulgaria said, "HSBC Holdings plc (LON:HSBA), which Bulgaria hired in November, will submit its suggestions in two months.
