The donation is considered to be one of the most significant the school has received for the project. “ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) has a longstanding and strong relationship with the University of Colorado, so they were a logical partner,” said Michele Ames, an associate with Denver communications agency GBSM, speaking on behalf of ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP).
