Sperian is a French personal protection equipment manufacturer and this merging with Honeywell Safety Products will result in the emergence of one global personal protective equipment business. Honeywell International (NYSE:HON) said in a statement that the combined business will be called Honeywell Safety Products and will form part of the Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions Life Safety business.
