However, it has become clear that this transaction is unlikely to obtain the necessary approvals to allow the deal to close, and as a result, both parties have reluctantly agreed to terminate the agreement." GlaxoSmithKline plc (LON:GSK) Report says that GlaxoSmithKline plc (LON:GSK) has planned to build world's largest Solar Array. It is said that pharmaceutical giant has plans to build eco-friendly energy for its growing power needs. As part of the new strategy of going green, GlaxoSmithKline plc (LON:GSK) has already started the construction of a rooftop array at the distribution centre in the Pennsylvania city, York. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2010.
