employees will have to follow certain detailed procedures when reporting
security vulnerabilities in products of third parties. Microsoft Corporation
(NASDAQ:MSFT) Senior Security Strategist Katie Moussouris said that, "Were
definitely into the idea of no surprises for any of our vendors that we find
vulnerabilities in. Were basically following the golden rule for disclosure, and
its all about protecting customers, because theres no reason to unnecessarily
amplify risk by imposing some sort of one-size-fits-all deadline on things."
