The recruitment has been considered as part of improving the capital structure after the global regulatory changes. McCullough, the newly hired Managing Director, will be reporting to Simon Yoo and Jing Zhao, co-heads of Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C)'s Asia Pacific financial institutions group. Citigroup Inc.
