The  Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on February 18, 2011. Robert Half International Inc (NYSE:RHI) one of the top losers, declined 2.72% to $30.69. The Company expects first-quarter income to be in the range 13 cents per share to 18 cents per share on revenues of $850 million to $900 million. The guidance is in line with analysts estimate of 16 cents per share on revenue of $867 million for the first quarter. GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ:GIGM) one of the top percentage losers. The stock went down 3.36% to $1.12 after the Company reported third quarter results. The company posted loss of $0.17 and revenue for the quarter was $7.83 million.
