entered into an agreement with Norton Healthcare to employ its health solutions
platforms, Microsoft Amalga Unified Intelligence System and Microsoft

said earlier this week that it completed a transaction to sell its wireless
modem business to Renesas Electronics Corp. The company sold the business for
$200 million. The ADRs of Nokia are currently down 50-day and 200-day moving
averages. The ADRs dropped 13.74% during the month of November. Year-to-date,
the ADRs are down 23.93%. Seagate Technology Plc (NASDAQ: STX) saw Fitch Ratings
recently revise the company's restricted payment capacity. Fitch now estimates
that the company now has around $4 billion of immediate capacity for restricted
payments. The Seagate Technology stock is currently trading above its 50-day and
below its 200-day moving average. The stock was down 8.84% during November.
