These centers will offer a free, convenient and easy way for their customers to recycle items like rechargeable batteries, cell phones, CFLs and plastic shopping bags etc. Lowe's (NYSE:LOW) stores in Canada are also featuring recycling centers where customers can drop off any expired, unbroken CFL and rechargeable batteries.
