when trading continues. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has
brought the fight in patent disputes with other mobile phone makers. The
world's hottest smart phone maker has stepped up the fight with its
competitors in the smart phone market over the alleged violations of
intellectual properties. The latest lawsuit claimed against Nokia, the largest
mobile manufacturer, is a continuation of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)'s move
against Motorola and HTC. The company has already filed suit against Nokia
before the International Trade Commission. JP Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) This
move by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) will help them to recover more money
from loans backed by lodging than from debt secured by other types of commercial
real estate. Trepp LLC, a New York-based mortgage-information provider has shown
data's regarding losses of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co's (NYSE:JPM) on
non-performing hotel loans, which was 2 percent less compared with other firms.
Jon Strain, head of capital markets for JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM)
commercial real estate group said, "We are definitely making loans on hotels;
trends have been very strong across the U.S." Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) Ford
Motor Company (NYSE:F) has said it will have its Focus tested in the Arizona
desert. Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) had announced earlier this month that it
will bring a new fully electric car to two Arizona cities as test markets.
Phoenix and Tucson will be among 19 U.S. cities where Ford Motor Company
(NYSE:F) will premiere its Focus Electric in late 2011. It will be the
company's first model to produce no carbon dioxide emissions. Nancy Lee Gioia,
the director of Global Electrification in Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) said that,
"Making electric vehicles a viable option for consumers requires teamwork
across a variety of industries and government entities." Nancy Lee Gioia also
added that Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) has to work closely with local
governments and utility companies to make sure the cities they were offering the
car had the existing infrastructure to support the vehicle. Expect more movement
when trading continues for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL), JP Morgan Chase & Co.
(NYSE:JPM) and Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F).
